Most of the last couple of weeks has been spent reading, hiking, visiting with people and puttering around. The next few photos are of the bay mentioned above. It is about a six mile walk from the marina round trip and became one of our favorite routes.
The time has gone surprisingly fast. Our internal motors have slowed down considerably and we have been able to just hang out and enjoy the time.
Warren and Layla returned from California on the 6th. We had planned to leave with them on the 7th, but as it turned out we still had some unresolved issues regarding insurance for the next leg of the trip and Dave wanted to change the oil, so they headed out and we stayed for another couple of days. So now we are two.
We thought we would leave on Tuesday but it was pouring rain and based on the weather forecast Wednesday would be no better, so now we will leave in the morning, of course, subject to change!
