October 18 Holiday Point to Lively Lady Marina Aberdeen OH 69 miles. The marina is a really homey and the owners are very friendly. Unfortunately it was also shallow and we hit bottom a bit coming in. Phil tied us to his home made work boat and guided us out so we wouldn't damage our propellers.
This is a concrete boat some guy made that marks the entrance to Holiday Point. Affectionately known as the Space Ship.
For most of the trip to this point Fuzzball has been hiding in the master cabin. Finally she is starting to see daylight! (Notice Dave is nowhere to be seen)
Sometimes I'm allowed to drive!
We had dinner at the Lively Lady, a country bar complete with pool table and disco ball downstairs and restaurant up stairs. It was foggy and cool but beautiful in the morning when we left.
